Test the Leadership Qualities of Your Boss, the "Boss test"

The way this form should be field is obvious. The first series of questions are meant to fulfil future statistic analysis. The next series are really the judging questions were this test is about. In the end follow some fields to give "free" feedback.

Next are the judging questions concerning your boss. You have to give a mark between 1 and 9. A "9" says that you fully agree that the sentence concerns your boss. With a "1"  you say that you fully disagree that the sentence concerns your boss, he or she fully misses the given quality. All marks in between say how much you agree. If you really don't know, fill in "5".
